What Is Executive Coaching?

 

Executive coaching is a confidential personalised partnership between you and a coach focused on your leadership, performance, and wellbeing at work. Rather than giving you instructions or telling you what to do, your coach uses questioning, feedback, reflection and creative tools and techniques to help you clarify what you want, see new options, and take intentional action between sessions.

 

Whilst they do share similarities, Executive Coaching is NOT therapy, mentoring, consultancy or performance appraisal. It is a structured safe space and time for you to think, experiment and grow as a leader with an independent partner.

  • Honest feedback, powerful questions and practical tools

  • Be open to feedback

  • Willing to reflect and experiment

  • Follow through on the actions you agree to
