THE LIFE ARCHITECT COACHING SUPERVISION
High-touch supervision for experienced coaches.
At this stage, supervision isn’t about learning another coaching model.
You already know how to coach.
The interesting questions are becoming more sophisticated:
-
What is happening between me and this client?
The group is deliberately limited to a maximum of six coaches.
-
Complex client work
You’ll also have full access to the Life Architect Supervision Resource Area.
OPTIONAL LIVE COACHING OBSERVATION — BY AGREEMENT
-
You’re an experienced coach
-
You work with senior leaders, executives, founders, teams or complex systems
-
You don’t need someone to tell you what to do — you want someone who will help you think more deep
-
Depth. Space to explore what sits beneath the presenting issue.
-
Challenge. A supervisor who will respectfully stretch your thinking.
-
Perspective. A small peer group offering different ways of seeing.
-
Mastery. Continued development of yourself as a reflective practitioner.
-
£1,500 per year or £150 per month

THE SUPERVISION RESOURCE AREA
Your supervision doesn’t stop when the session ends.
All Life Architect supervision members receive access to the Supervision Resource Area — a growing collection of resources designed to support reflection and development throughout the year.
You’ll find resources covering areas such as:
-
REFLECT Questions and exercises to help you examine your practice.
-
EXPLORE Models and frameworks to help you look at coaching differently.
-
PREPARE Tools to help you bring meaningful cases and questions into supervision.
-
DEVELOP Resources to support your continuing professional development.
-
INNER Resources introducing and developing the Life Architect INNER supervision model.
THINK SYSTEMICALLY
Resources exploring relationships, power, organisational dynamics and the wider context of coaching.
The Resource Area grows over time, so your membership is not simply a collection of live sessions.
HOW GROUP SUPERVISION WORKS
You bring the practice. We create the space.
There isn’t a fixed curriculum.
Before each group session, you’ll have the opportunity to identify what’s happening in your practice and what you’d like to explore.
We may work with:
-
A CLIENT OR CASE Something you’re unsure about or finding challenging.
-
A RELATIONSHIP Something happening between you and your client that you don’t quite understand.
-
A PATTERN Something that keeps appearing in your coaching.
-
A QUESTION Something you’ve been thinking about and want another perspective on.
-
YOURSELF Your reactions, assumptions, emotions, boundaries, values or use of self.
The purpose isn’t simply to find an answer. It’s to:
-
Slow down.
-
Become curious.
-
See differently.
-
Think more deeply.
-
Decide what you want to do next.
THREE PATHWAYS. ONE JOURNEY.
