THE LIFE ARCHITECT COACHING SUPERVISION
PLATFORM
Build your foundations.
Professional supervision from the beginning of your coaching journey.
You’ve qualified as a coach. You’ve started working with clients. And now you’re discovering that coaching in the real world can be rather different from coaching in your training room.
You may be wondering:
-
Am I doing this right?
-
What do I do when I get stuck?
-
Why does this client affect me differently from others?
-
What should I bring to supervision?
-
Do I really have enough clients to need supervision?
Yes. You do.
Platform makes professional supervision accessible from the beginning of your coaching journey.
It’s designed for newly qualified and early-stage coaches with a handful of paying clients, whether you’re coaching in personal, career, health, executive, leadership or another context.

LIVE COACHING OBSERVATION
One of your four sessions is different.
You’ll have the opportunity to observe me coaching a live client, followed by facilitated reflection and supervision.
We’ll explore not just what happened, but what you noticed — and what you didn’t.
We’ll consider:
-
What did you notice?
-
What did you miss?
-
What choices did the coach make?
-
What was happening in the relationship?
-
What might you have done differently?
-
What does this tell you about your own coaching?
This isn’t a demonstration of a “perfect” coaching session.
It’s an opportunity to watch coaching happen, become curious about the work and learn through reflection.

THE SUPERVISION RESOURCE AREA
Your supervision doesn’t stop when the session ends.
All Life Architect supervision members receive access to the Supervision Resource Area — a growing collection of resources designed to support reflection and development throughout the year.
You’ll find resources covering areas such as:
-
REFLECT Questions and exercises to help you examine your practice.
-
EXPLORE Models and frameworks to help you look at coaching differently.
-
PREPARE Tools to help you bring meaningful cases and questions into supervision.
-
DEVELOP Resources to support your continuing professional development.
-
INNER Resources introducing and developing the Life Architect INNER supervision model.
THINK SYSTEMICALLY
Resources exploring relationships, power, organisational dynamics and the wider context of coaching.
The Resource Area grows over time, so your membership is not simply a collection of live sessions.
HOW GROUP SUPERVISION WORKS
You bring the practice. We create the space.
There isn’t a fixed curriculum.
Before each group session, you’ll have the opportunity to identify what’s happening in your practice and what you’d like to explore.
We may work with:
-
A CLIENT OR CASE Something you’re unsure about or finding challenging.
-
A RELATIONSHIP Something happening between you and your client that you don’t quite understand.
-
A PATTERN Something that keeps appearing in your coaching.
-
A QUESTION Something you’ve been thinking about and want another perspective on.
-
YOURSELF Your reactions, assumptions, emotions, boundaries, values or use of self.
The purpose isn’t simply to find an answer. It’s to:
-
Slow down.
-
Become curious.
-
See differently.
-
Think more deeply.
-
Decide what you want to do next.
THREE PATHWAYS. ONE JOURNEY.
