THE LIFE ARCHITECT COACHING SUPERVISION

Supervision that grows with your coaching practice.

Build your foundations. Strengthen your practice. Deepen your work.

Coaching can be rewarding, challenging, messy and sometimes surprisingly complex.

You spend your time creating space for other people to think, reflect and change. Supervision creates that space for you.

It gives you somewhere to step back from your coaching, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, challenge your assumptions, think about your use of self and develop your practice.

At The Life Architect, I’ve created three supervision pathways designed to grow with you — from your first coaching clients through to an established and sophisticated coaching practice.

PLATFORM → PILLARS → PINNACLES

Start where you are. Grow from there.

WHICH PATHWAY IS RIGHT FOR YOU?

You don’t have to fit neatly into a box. Your experience and number of clients are useful guides, but the most important question is:

What do you need from supervision right now?

PLATFORM

  • Build your foundations.

  • You’re newly qualified or early in your coaching journey. You’re building your practice, have a handful of paying clients and want an affordable way to establish regular professional supervision.

  • You want: confidence, community, reflection and somewhere to learn.

  • £150 per year

PILLARS

  • Strengthen your practice.

  • You have an established coaching practice and want more than group supervision alone. You value peer perspectives but also want dedicated confidential space to explore your own coaching.

  • You want: challenge, development, perspective and individual depth.

  • £750 per year

PINNACLES

  • Deepen your practice.

  • You’re an experienced coach looking for a high-touch supervision relationship. Your work may be increasingly complex and you want space to explore yourself, your clients, relationships, systems and the deeper dynamics of your practice.

  • You want: depth, challenge, mastery and personalised reflection.

  • £1,500 per year

THE LIFE ARCHITECT APPROACH

Step back. Reflect. Recalibrate.

My approach to supervision is grounded in the belief that who you are as a coach is inseparable from how you coach.

Supervision therefore isn’t simply about reviewing techniques or deciding what you should have done differently.

It’s about exploring the whole coaching relationship.

That includes:

  • You. Your identity, assumptions, values, emotions and use of self.

  • The client. Their experience, needs, expectations and context.

  • The relationship. What is happening between you.

  • The system. The organisational, cultural and relational context surrounding the work.

  • The wider field. The power, dynamics and influences that may be shaping what happens.

I bring together coaching, behavioural science, organisational psychology, reflective practice and approaches informed by somatics, Gestalt and systemic thinking.

The intention is not to give you more answers.

It is to help you become a more aware, thoughtful and resourceful practitioner.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP

Everything you need to know before joining

12-MONTH MEMBERSHIP

  • All supervision pathways are designed as 12-month programmes.

  • Supervision benefits from continuity, familiarity and trust. Your membership therefore runs for a full year rather than being a collection of individual sessions.

PAY ANNUALLY OR MONTHLY

  • You can pay the full annual fee upfront or spread the cost across 12 monthly payments.

  • Annual payment offers the best value.

  • Monthly payment is a payment plan for a 12-month membership — it is not a month-to-month cancellation option.

YOUR PLACE IS RESERVED

  • Your place in your supervision group is reserved for you throughout the membership year.

NO CARRY-OVER

  • Sessions must be used within your membership year.

  • Unused sessions cannot be carried forward into a subsequent membership year or exchanged for cash or credit.

GROUP ATTENDANCE

  • Group supervision works because the group commits to being present for one another.

  • Please therefore treat the four scheduled group sessions as commitments in your diary.

  • If you cannot attend a group session, the session is forfeited and cannot be refunded, credited or transferred.

  • Where practical, resources or an alternative reflective activity may be made available, but this does not replace attendance.

INDIVIDUAL SUPERVISION

  • For Pillars and Pinnacles, individual supervision sessions should be booked in advance and used within your 12-month membership period.

  • Unused individual sessions cannot be carried forward beyond the membership year.

LIVE COACHING OBSERVATION

  • Platform includes one live coaching observation session.

  • For Pillars and Pinnacles, live coaching observation is optional and by agreement. It is not an additional guaranteed supervision session and will be arranged where it is appropriate and mutually agreed.

CONFIDENTIALITY

  • Supervision is confidential within normal professional, ethical and legal boundaries.

  • Participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of other group members and any client or organisational information discussed.

  • All client and organisational information brought to supervision must be appropriately anonymised.

GROUP SAFETY

  • We agree to create a supervision environment that is:

  • Respectful. Curious. Challenging. Confidential. Inclusive.

  • You don’t need to have the right answer.

  • You do need to be willing to be curious about your own practice and respectful of the experiences and perspectives of others.

ACCREDITATION

  • Group supervision may contribute to your broader reflective practice and continuing professional development, but whether group supervision counts towards the formal supervision requirements of your professional body depends on that body’s current rules and your individual accreditation requirements.

  • If you require a specific number of individual supervision hours for ICF, EMCC or another professional credential, please check the current requirements of your professional body and ensure that your chosen pathway provides what you need.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

  • Because places are limited and your place is reserved for the membership year, cancellation after the programme has commenced does not normally result in a refund.

  • If you change your mind before the programme begins, please contact me as soon as possible and I will consider your circumstances in line with the applicable consumer cancellation rights and the programme’s cancellation terms.

CHANGES TO DATES

  • Occasionally circumstances may require a session date to change.

  • I will provide as much notice as reasonably possible and will endeavour to offer an alternative date that works for the cohort.

MINIMUM COHORT SIZE

  • The Life Architect reserves the right to postpone or combine a cohort if there are insufficient registrations to create a viable supervision group.

  • If this happens before your programme begins, you will be offered an alternative cohort or a full refund.
